Terms & Conditions
Wholesale Fencing Supply LLC is the legal seller behind the public brand Wholesale Fencing Supply Co. These terms address materials supplied through wholesalefencingco.com and the applicable accepted quotation and written order terms.
A deposit is required before an order is processed, sourced, or placed into production. The deposit amount and payment schedule are stated in the accepted quotation. Remaining balances are due according to that quotation, generally before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Order deposits are nonrefundable under the agreed order terms, subject to applicable law and any written exceptions. We generally do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and supplier commitments have been made. Any approved exception must be agreed in writing and remains subject to applicable law.

Quotations and order approval
Review and resolve questions about the quotation and written order terms before approving your order. An inquiry or request for pricing does not, by itself, place an order. Obtain written confirmation of the agreed materials and arrangements; do not rely on an unconfirmed change request.
Product and specification approval
Customers should review the specified products, quantities, dimensions, finishes and other requirements before approving an order. Identify any required specifications, approved samples and agreed tolerances in the order documents. Check component compatibility and applicable project requirements before ordering.

A deposit is required before an order is processed, sourced, or placed into production. The deposit amount and payment schedule are stated in the accepted quotation. Remaining balances are due according to that quotation, generally before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept ACH, wire transfers and approved credit card payments. Payment instructions are provided for the applicable order.
Sourcing commitments and order changes
Materials may be sourced, manufactured or ordered specifically for the customer. Contact us promptly about requested changes. Do not assume a change or cancellation has been accepted unless it is confirmed in writing. The Refund & Return Policy explains deposit, cancellation and exception provisions.
Freight and estimated schedules
Manufacturing and delivery schedules are estimates, not guarantees. Product availability, supplier changes, transportation disruption and customs processing may affect timing. Destinations, freight arrangements and any import responsibilities are confirmed for the order.
Review access, receiving availability, unloading equipment and the receiving contact before dispatch. Inspect the delivery and packaging upon arrival. Note visible damage or shortages on the delivery paperwork where possible, photograph the materials and packaging, and contact info@wholesalefencingco.com promptly with your order reference and supporting details.
Product variations
Reasonable variations in color, finish, texture, and material appearance may occur between manufacturing batches. Any applicable specifications, approved samples, or agreed tolerances should be identified in the order documents.
This provision does not excuse incorrect or defective goods or remove rights that apply under law. Contact us about a suspected discrepancy.
Temporary containers
Temporary-container provisions apply only when a container is included in the order. Deposits, return or pickup arrangements, detention and customer responsibilities follow the agreed written container arrangements. A container security deposit is distinct from a nonrefundable order deposit.
Supply-only scope
Materials supply does not automatically include installation, engineering, permitting, site preparation, or unloading services. Any additional services or responsibilities must be expressly identified in the written agreement.
Returns, issues and applicable rights
Read the Refund & Return Policy for cancellation requests, exceptions and damaged, defective, incorrect or short deliveries. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
