Refund & Return Policy
Many materials are sourced, manufactured, or ordered specifically for each customer. Please review your quotation and order requirements carefully before approving an order or paying a deposit. This policy concerns orders supplied by Wholesale Fencing Supply LLC, trading as Wholesale Fencing Supply Co.
Order deposits are nonrefundable under the agreed order terms, subject to applicable law and any written exceptions. We generally do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and supplier commitments have been made. Any approved exception must be agreed in writing and remains subject to applicable law.

Order deposits
Order deposits are nonrefundable under the agreed order terms, subject to applicable law and any written exceptions. Your accepted quotation identifies the deposit amount and payment requirements for your order.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
We generally do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and supplier commitments have been made. Any approved exception must be agreed in writing and remains subject to applicable law.
Requests before supplier commitments
Contact us promptly if you wish to change or cancel an order before supplier commitments have been made. Ask for written confirmation of the order status and how your request and any payment will be treated. Do not assume that sending a request cancels the order or authorizes a refund.
Written exceptions and review requests
To request a review, contact info@wholesalefencingco.com with your order reference, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs or documents. Contact us before arranging a return.
Obtain written confirmation of any approved exception and its arrangements before shipping materials.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or short deliveries
Inspect the delivery and packaging upon arrival. Note visible damage or shortages on the delivery paperwork where possible, photograph the materials and packaging, and contact info@wholesalefencingco.com promptly with your order reference and supporting details.
The general cancellation and return provisions do not remove applicable legal rights concerning damaged, defective, incorrect or missing goods. Keep relevant records and contact us so the issue can be reviewed. Do not treat this policy as authorization to send goods to an unspecified return address.
Approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, obtain written confirmation of the amount, method and processing arrangements for your case. Contact info@wholesalefencingco.com with your order reference if you need information about an approved refund.
Temporary-container security deposits
A temporary-container security deposit is separate from the order deposit. Its return conditions follow the written container arrangements for that order, including any agreed return, pickup, access and condition requirements. These provisions apply only when a temporary container is included.
